How to Pray Like a Prophet This new and exciting experience of prayer is “hands on”, “heart open” and “mind expanding”. We will study the three unique modes of prayer – praise, pleading our needs and thanksgiving. We will learn from the masters of prayer themselves – Moses, Elijah the Prophet and Hannah, the mother of the prophet Samuel. We will also peer into the perennial question, “How can I pray for someone’s health or wealth when HaShem is the true doctor and He is giving each one of us His personal prescription drugs”? Thus, we will unravel the riddle of free will versus predestination and learn to offer up our blood, sweat and tears as divine karbanot (sacrifices) amidst the cries of, “Holy, holy, holy” in the Holy of Holies… to the Holy One.

Confrontational Torah Weekly class
Abraham dedicated his life to confronting all of humanity with the concept of the One True Creator. How was Abraham able to do this, what did he say to people so that he did not offend them? How was he able to get people to use reason, logic and truth to come to the same conclusions about the One True Creator?
Abraham knew that it was not so much what he said but rather how he said it. The goal of this course is to breakdown and simplify the Abrahamic teachings of the One True Creator and then take what we have learned and spread it to those that HaShem brings into our lives.
